Add User settings page for several notification options

We need to have a settings page for the user, so that the user is able to select several notification options:

• When I get followed.
• When I get unfollowed.
• When my recipe is cookmarked (marked as cooked).
• When my recipe is uncookmarked (unmarked as cooked)
• When my recipe is liked.
• When my recipe is unliked.
• When my list is liked.
• When my list is unliked.
• When my recipe is added to list.
• When my recipe is removed from any list.
• [ ] When the user I follow adds new recipe.
