The installation of InputStream Helper (a.k.a. script.module.inputstreamhelper) is normally taken care of by the add-on that requires it. So in general there should be no need to install it yourself.
If you however do want to install or reinstall it, simply search Kodi add-ons for InputStream Helper and install it from Kodi.
You will automatically get updates when new versions of InputStream Helper are released.
