Trying the egui_plot demo. observations

I downloaded egui_plot from GitHub today, and ran the demo on my Mac. The latest commit is f835c51 from 2025-06-19.
Here are some observations:

It looks very nice! Good selection of fonts, colors and sizes of things. I also think it's a good demonstration of some features.

The zooming doesn't work as the Instructions says it should.
Horizontal zoom Shift+Cmd + Scroll
Vertical zoom Option+Cmd + Scroll
Neither of these work; it zooms in both directions regardless of Shift or Option.
I'm scrolling by sliding two fingers on the touchpad. Without Cmd, the same gesture pans, which is fine and consistent with other apps.

If I disable [ ] Show coordinates on hover, it still shows them.

Box zoom should be with Right-drag. I don't even know what that means. If I had a 3-button mouse, I would use the right button, but I don't have a mouse. When instructions says right-click, it usually means control-click on a Mac, but control-drag doesn't zoom.
