annotation does not align with zoom

The image loads and the annotations show up when I draw them, and when I move the canvas around it all works perfectly, but when I zoom in, the annotation get squished horizontally and distorts separately from the image. I'm not sure how to fix it?

@niko-rose hi. to be honest, I haven't taken a look at this code in a while, it's possible that it doesn't really work. Please if you need to continue its development feel free to fork the repo and make it your own. Sorry that I can't help you, I don't really have the time for this anymore. Best regards.
