Move old files at the removal of invalid bounding boxes

In file remove_invalid_bounding_boxes_in_xml.py, at execution, cleaned annotations are saved in a new folder "cleaned". It would be better to

1. Check if any change is necessary
2. Copy the old folder to "originals"
3. Modify and correct the annotation file
