Improve release process

Hey hey 👋🏻, I'd like to make some improvements to the release process on this package:

• Move to TypeScript #43
• Automate package releases with GitHub Actions, by automatically publishing on every GitHub release both on NPM and GitHub Package registry
• Remove build from source control: if a direct install from GitHub is needed, we can compile the package using a prepare script
