Automatic system theme to show appropriate fallback theme

Right now our fallback theme is a dark mode theme.
We should also create a light mode fallback theme and use it if we detect the user is using a light theme on their terminal.

Evaluate the difficulty/effort of implementing this logic ourselves, in the worst case maybe use something like https://crates.io/crates/terminal-light
