connect from a buffer with no file gives Wrong type argument: stringp, nil

steps to reproduce:
C-x b newbuffername
M-x lsp-mssql-connect

observer error `Wrong type argument: stringp, nil`

I expect it to connect - or at least give a warning that you must have a saved file in order to connect.
