Review and fix broken and flaky integration tests

As some integration tests are skipped or commented out, this issue tracks the effort of reviewing and fixing them. The goal is to re-enable them so we can improve our coverage.

Acceptance criteria:

• Review all integration tests under cypress/tests folder
• Re-enable and fix skipped tests (example)
• Re-enable and fix commented out tests (example)
