Cross Platform Linux Environment

Hi, Didn't find anywhere in the document about how well elsa can be deployed on Linux environment. We are not well with docker or containers. Currently we deploy our Document Management system app (Which is built on dotnet 6 on Ubuntu machine). ELsa fits very well on the functionality side and we may need only the server components. Does this works well on Linux environment. Didn't see much about this in discussion session also.
