[SPI] Standardizing Data Requests #22
Description
Currently, requesting new datasets from our partners leave much to be desired. Peer institutions who have stood up their own API centers have a standardized form or process to get from an idea to providing a great version 1. There is significant design decisions that need to be made on both sides of the partnership and of course the proper implementation of accessing it.
The SPI team is tasked with working with our IT partners to form a protocol for future members to follow.
