Grouped filtering for related tags

For including/excluding a bunch of related tags at once, like excluding all types of Impossible levels or including any type of Cripple.

Ismo: If could do more intelligent filter list. Like multilevel checkbox
Ismo: it wouldnt be flexible but hardcoded should be oke
Ismo: some kind of selectable tree autocomplete 🤤

Ismo: ah, also realized u want "matches one of these" which is not implemented and needs a lot of doings 🤔
Ismo: i feel like should have "group" column in Tags and new "tagGroup" thing in search if want to implement
