Migrate to Kotlin Mutiplatform

Migrate this library to Kotlin multi-platform.

The new KMP library will use

1. Jetpack Compose for UI
2. Kotlin poet to for generating rules engine code
3. Provide a JSON schema generator UI to offer flexibility to generate UI based on user defined Schema. No more opinionated JSON schema imposed on implementer.
