Describe the bug

1. Open file with diagnostic status (error or otherwise). Any diagnostic signs have a background which does not match the rest of neotree.

Expected behaviour

Diagnostic signs in neotree should be displayed with the correct background.

I suspect this has something to do with NeoTreeSignColumn, but I couldn't make it work on my end.
