Could ex_cldr_numbers and _ex_cldr_currencies be folded into ex_cldr?

The most common use-case for CLDR in practise seems to be number formatting. I would argue that the most common use-case should be supported by the base library ("batteries included"), and the rest of the stuff should be separate installs. This would reduce the cognitive load on new users a great deal.

Any thoughts?
