LICENSE missing! #19

Hello!
I would like to use Cobalt's base CSS files in a website of mine, but I've noticed this repo has no LICENSE files.
I don't know if it's intentional, but if it isn't please take a look here.
Without a LICENSE file, I have no right to share, modify and/or redistribute your code.
Please add a LICENSE file, or if you don't want to because you want to keep your copyright, add a notice to your README file stating that the project is protected by copyright.
