Make 'renamed field mode' include transformer/re-mapping code or summary


The simplified naming mode may need better runtime support for transforming object shapes (in and out of the local system.)

Options from least effort:

1. Add inline comments w/ field's original name.
1. Leave up to each Adapter, possibly with a `renderTransforms(fieldNameMappings)` interface.
1. Change Naming options to be simpler (like don't prefix subtypes or use custom prefix.)
