IDEA: Doesn't pick up JAVA_HOME by default

Expected Behavior

(1) I open ktjvm in IDEA as an Elide project
(2) I want to run the main fn
(3) It just runs

Actual Behaviour

(1) I open ktjvm in IDEA as an Elide project
(2) I want to run the main fn
(3) Most of the time (on my machine), it does not detect JAVA_HOME by default, so I have to set it manually
