plugin seems to unistall automatically after installation

I installed the plugin through the store and it shows the "uninstall" which indicates it's installed succesfully.
However, CPU is not available in the list of actions after installation.
I'm using Streamdeck version 6.2.1.18825

When I go back to the store, the plugin seems not installed anymore i can click on INSTALL again.
