Wingpanel popups transparent to mouse interaction #636
Description
What Happened?
After a certain time of usage, clicking things on wingpanel opens popups which ignore mouse interaction (hovers, clicks, etc go through to the applications below).
(star indicates position of cursor; a Discord item highlighted by hover)
Steps to Reproduce
- Use Elementary for a few days.
- Open a popup in wingpanel.
Expected Behavior
Once the popup shows, its area should handle mouse clicks (at least ignore them, not click-jack by passing them below; ideally be interactive as intended).

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)
