Seems like the issue is in notifications indicator. Can you try reinstalling it please?

What Happened?
I ran the updates through AppCenter, rebooted and after login, I can't see Wingpanel.
Wingpanel is running in the login screen.
Steps to Reproduce
io.elementary.wingpanel
andG_MESSAGES_DEBUG=all io.elementary.wingpanel
, the logs are pasted below.You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.
