Missing styling on fresh install of 8.0.1

What Happened?

After finishing an install and rebooting on my Framework 16, the greeter seemed to be missing styling. The wingpanel menus have no spacing and (it is hard to tell in the photo) white background color on the list. Additionally the box for the user is transparent. I did try installing greeter again from source for the release but that did not fix things. Not sure what to do to debug this.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install 8.0.1 from USB
2. Get to the login screen after rebooting

Expected Behavior

A regular beautifully styled greeter screen

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

Latest release (I have run all updates)

Yeah I am not sure how this happened. I hope it was missing styling within greeter or something and reinstalling it would fix it but no luck there. Anything you can think of to look at?

@danirabbit Is this something that isn't likely to happen normally and I should just ... reinstall default settings or something?

In not sure what's happening here. I haven't done a new install yet to try to reproduce it. My guess is that reinstalling default settings wouldn't have any effect because packages usually don't override existing settings

That's fine. I just hope I can figure something out to fix it because I would rather not have to uninstall haha. Let me know if there is any info I can get on my machine to help narrow things down

@lenemter Not in VMs and I haven't reformatted my laptop since this install as I need to use it. But the problem also hasn't gone away after updates.
