Add Bluetooth-based Messaging Capability (similar to Bridgefy or NewNode)
I propose introducing a Bluetooth messaging capability, similar to the functionality provided by apps such as Bridgefy and NewNode. Integrating Bluetooth communication could significantly enhance Matrix’s versatility, allowing users to communicate without relying exclusively on WiFi or cellular networks.
Additionally, there are SDK for creating combined mash systems available that facilitate the creation of hybrid mesh networks combining Bluetooth and WiFi messaging. This would be highly beneficial during natural disasters, large-scale events with congested networks, or in settings like schools and campuses, ensuring continuous and resilient communication under various circumstances.
