Add Live Messaging Feature similar to Simplex.chat

The "live messages" feature allows your recipients to see your messages as you type them, eliminating the need to press the "Send" button after completing each message. This functionality is particularly valuable in situations such as real-time conversations or discussion groups, where it provides a more natural and seamless communication experience. Your conversation partners can instantly see your thoughts taking shape, eliminating guesswork and reducing interruptions in dialogue, especially when typing longer messages. Although you can still retract or edit your input, recipients will momentarily view each completed word as you type.

This feature is also highly beneficial for activists or journalists who might be reporting live from unstable environments. When there is a risk of sudden disconnection or loss of access to their devices, live messages ensure the transmission of every typed word in near-real-time. This method allows reporters or activists to maximize the information sent without being restricted to brief, incomplete updates.

To use the "live messages" feature, tap the ⚡️ (lightning) icon located to the right of the message entry box. Upon first activation, you will see a brief alert explaining how the feature works. Simply tap "OK" to confirm, then tap the lightning button once more. As you begin typing, the application will automatically send periodic updates to your recipients every few seconds, delivering only complete words as they are typed.

Additionally, this live messaging mechanism could be effectively combined with generative AI models, such as GPT. Users would benefit by seeing the generated text appear progressively, word by word, similar to the streaming completion approach outlined here:
