Linux specific frontend glitches with quick links and budgets

I have a developer running debian 13 and another developer running Linux mint VERSION="21.3 (Virginia) a downstream project from the debian distro reporting the same issue.

There's a frontend glitch that hides some labels for us on the page. It's not a catastrophe but does decrease the user experience somewhat seeing as you cant read the quicklinks easily. Below two pictures are with a modern chrome browser.

Similar goes for the header on the budgets tab.
