Describe the Bug
When no connector is selected as the default, the checkbox for 'Disallow all other connectors' should be disabled

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

VERSION: 9.2.0
BUILD: 91433
COMMIT: 7d37e7bee2457c29e10fde5531500b29bcdcc9d5

Steps

1. Kibana 9.2.0 build should be deployed.
2. Navigate to Stack Management --> GenAI settings
3. In the drop-down for AI default AI connector, select the option: No default connector
4. Check the checkbox for 'Disallow other connectors"
5. Observe the red warning sign is visible without any warning message

Expected Result
When no connector is selected as the default, the checkbox for 'Disallow all other connectors' should be disabled
