[Security Solution][Flyout] POC for new EUI flyout

Summary

We need to perform a POC to see how usable the new EUI flyout for us. We can branch off of this PR .

The goal is to select a few user flows and see how these would change with the new flyout. Some ideas:

• analyzer
• session view
• related alerts
• notes
• prevalence detail

Acceptance criteria

Provide the EUI team feedback on things that work, things that are missing.
Provide the UIUX team all the gaps and things that will need to change in the flyout content to match the new UX flows.
