[Discover] Allow the getChartSectionConfiguration extension point to update ES|QL queries and open new tabs #239036
Description
To support the Metrics in Discover experience, we need to allow the getChartSectionConfiguration extension point to update the ES|QL query and open new Discover tabs. We already support updating the query with the updateESQLQuery action, and will add an extension point action for opening new Discover tabs in #237729. Once #237729 is complete, we need to pass both of these actions to the extension point through an actions object parameter.
