Make Github connector consume quota slower

### Problem Description

As reported by some users, Github is eating up quotas really fast.

There's a high chance that our connector is not as efficient with quota usage as it could be and fetches too much data through GraphQL API.

### Proposed Solution

Review the queries and see the costs of each. See if the costs can be lowered.
