Problems with 3D recostruction

Hello everybody. I am interested in 3D reconstruction. I tried to run the example "eit_static_GN_3D" but i got these errors:

ValueError: operands could not be broadcast together with shapes (1080,3) (2,)

Why I got this error and how can i fix this? Thank you.

The circle function seems to be called with only the pts arg. The p arg is instanced automatically with the value [0, 0], meaning it will work only with 2D shapes.
My suggestion is a quick fix to allow to pc arg to infer automatically the correct shape from pts, like so:

# Just add these 2 lines above the return statement
if len(pc) != pts.shape[1]:
    pc = [0] * pts.shape[1] 
return dist(pts - pc) - r

It may not be the best solution but it is a workaround. I will post a fix as soon as possible

Could you try fd=ball in the 3D reconstruction?
