For now, it has always had the same games. You need to claim for both platforms separately, though.

Are you sure you have to claim the games per-platform?

Yes. Just try it out for yourself. Claim on one and you can't play it on the other without claiming there as well.

Current example:

• https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/doodle-god-infinite-alchemy-merge-android-dd11fe

Claim one of these and you will see for the other that it still is not in your account.
