Investigate possibility to use mutations

Description

Mutations in GraphQL provide a way to add new fields to the database via the GraphQL API.
A neat feature to this project would be to utilize mutations as a way to send events on the eiffel message bus.

Motivation

It would be a neat feature to have and could unify the way you send eiffel events.
This should not be feature creeped though, and should only allow the sending of events (this is NOT remrem)
