Investigate effectiveness of queries to mongodb

Description

We should analyze the queries that we're doing to mongodb and measure their effectiveness.

Motivation

We need to be able to provide a great API for Eiffel even when the database increases and without killing CPUs.

Exemplification

Having a responsive API and knowledge about the queries that we make should be essential going forward with this project.

Benefits

Effective queries = happy machines = happy users

Possible Drawbacks

If the queries are already effective enough then this could be a waste of time.
