Description
We should support emitting OpenTelemetry tracing spans. At least for the HTTP endpoints but preferably also for the MongoDB requests.
Motivation
Services in Goer's ecosystem may use traces and getting Goer spans as well would be useful for performance analysis and troubleshooting.

Might result in a very slight performance penalty even if tracing haven't been enabled.
