Make tests for pyrobird commands

Currently not working `pyrobird screenshot` (#66) was not intercepted by unit tests in CI. Previously it was not implemented because some hassle needs to be done with running server, checking its state, etc. E.g. server knows nothing if frontend has loaded the geometry. We now need to come back to this issue and implement testing of pyrobird commands.
