refresh timeline immediately after posting (optionally)

This should make users more happy: when posting something, immediately refreshes the timeline on the channel, so the new post appears.

This should avoid confusion in case the server returns an error, too. Sometimes the Twitter servers return error but the tweet was actually posted and is already appearing on the timeline.
