Webmin for Windows

Webmin is a web-based interface for system administration for Unix. Using any modern web browser, you can setup user accounts, Apache, DNS, file sharing and much more.
I'm not aware of any similar web application for Windows.
This project would offer a REST API (and web UI on top of it) that has the same functionality as Webmin.
This project is not intended for server machines only, but also desktops.
Possible features:

• The ability to manage/view multiple machines from one UI.
• Plugin framework for extensibility.
• Integration with Chocolatey to allow for software installation.
