GET queries on DIGIT 2.9 LTS

Services being built on DIGIT 2.9 LTS can write GET APIs. Until 2.9 LTS, only POST was supported due to historical reasons.

1. In the headers, set the key to be auth-token and pass the access token.
2. Ensure you pass tenantId in the query params in addition to any other parameters specific to the service.
