Is there a way to cancel startOnboardingProcess?

Hi,

I tried running this but two nights ago something went wrong (it worked up until StartOnboardingProcess and then failed). I received the email to accept the new T&Cs which I ignored as it was the next day by the time I saw it.

Yesterday it ran again and tried to switch but failed with the following error:

Existing onboarding process found for MPAN: xxxxx

Is there a way to cancel this, as I assume until I accept the T&Cs it will keep failing (I don't want to switch as a different tariff is now cheaper).

It would be accept and then swap back manually, or let octobot swap you back tonight

You can change to agile as soon as it says Octopus Go on your account

I have asked the API team if it is possible to use the API to cancel an onboarding process and I am still waiting on an answer as this can fail with backend errors not only if you fail to accept T&C so it can be annoying.
