Neighbors were identified for 0 out of 3639 spots

Hi,
As you mentioned before, BayesSpace allow us using two kinds of coordinates to search for the neighbor, one is for array coordinates, one for pixel coordiantes. However, after I chenged my col name become array_row and array_col for my pixel coordinates, it does not work at all, always says Neighbors were identified for 0 out of 3639 spots. And if i use imagecol and imagerow as my col names, it says Error: subscript contains invalid names. Can you provide a formal way to solve this, like coordinates shifting or is it true that bayesSpace cannot handle pixel coordinates properly
