BayesSpace featurePlot error

Hello,

Thank you for making this excellent package.

I have BayesSpace and BayesSpace enhanced objects for Visium data that I have saved as .RDS files. They work with an old version of BayesSpace (1.10.1) when I try to run the featurePlot command. However, with newer versions of BayesSpace, I am getting the following error when I try to run featurePlot on these objects:

Error in cor(sce$array_col, sce$pxl_col_in_fullres): supply both 'x' and 'y' or a matrix-like 'x'

I am wondering if you know why I may be getting this error?

Hi,

were you able to solve this issue?
I encounter the same error since about 1 1/2 months. Maybe it is related to an updated dependency?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Cristoph,

Yes, I believe it is some problem with the dependencies. I have just created an environment with an old version of BayesSpace + dependencies and that has worked for me. I have not figured out the newer version.
