Add an MD5sum to all downloaded artifacts

Add an MD5sums to:

1. Each font file within downloaded archive foponts-fonts.tar.bz2.
2. An archive foponts-fonts.tar.bz2 as a whole.
3. Sample reference PDF file stdf_manual.pdf.

Also add the appropriate notes concerning md5sums checking in README.md
