issue in pom.xml

i am new so correct me if i am wrong. when I write the dependency it says "Could not find artifact com.github.eduardomcb:discord-webhook:pom:1.0.0 in central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2)" what is the issues?

1. Add the JitPack repository:

       </repository>
   </repositories>

2. Then, add the dependency with the correct version:

   <dependency>
       <groupId>com.github.eduardomcb</groupId>

   </dependency>

For Gradle, add the repository and dependency like this:
