Projects Controller Anlegen scheitert

in einer sonst leeren eXist-db 5.2.0 habe ich die aktuelle ediarum.DB Anwendung installiert. Unter Verwaltung/Setup/Projects Controller erscheint die Meldung „Projects Controller ist nicht aktiv. “ mit der Option diesen anzulegen. Gehe ich diesen weg erhalte ich eine „Connection refused“ Fehlermeldung, obwohl ich in ediarum.DB als admin angemeldet bin.

Ich erkunde momentan nur die Möglichkeiten und bin mir gar nicht sicher, ob und wozu ich den projects-controller brauch ;-)
