License pls?

Hello,

Thank you for this provider, I was able to learn a lot of terraform using it. I was hoping if you could add a license to this repository? Right now, it is not 100% clear that you mean to distribute this freely. I have seen in your other repos that you use MIT license and I think you just forgot to add it.

I would like a license so I can modify and distribute freely as well. I want to:

1. release mac arm64 binary
2. work in the stale prs on this current repo
