Mercurial support #907

It would be great to see support for the Mercurial (hg) SCM.
There are actually already a bunch of them already in there misdetected as git from Heptapod instances (a fork of GitLab), like foss.heptapod.net and heptapod.host. Heptapod adds a vcs_type field to project info to determine the repo type.
Other candidates to be added, SourceHut (#620) and Kallithea (#619), also support hg. There's also the built-in hgweb interface and probably some other forges.
