CMSIS Packs abandoned?

I'd love to use cmsis-packs, because IMO they are a good idea. But it seems that they are being used less and less, and ThreadX packs can't be found there: https://www.keil.arm.com/packs/?q=threadx&pack-search=

Is it still a good idea to use CMSIS-Packs?
