Adjust css width in left and right panels

On the first load and further refresh, A fixed size of the ai-chat-ui window was expected as the by default windows size is small every time I'm supposed to drag the panel any other way or the main place where i can set my required size, I have tried in updating the application-shell initialSizeRatio but it didn't work, can someone provide me a way for this solution
