Failing to build electron app since 1.63

Hi,

I'm working on upgrading to Theia 1.63 but I'm encountering issues when it comes to building the electron app and the native dependencies.
I'm getting this error:

I thought it might be related to a misconfiguration in our project so I tried with the Theia IDE repo and getting a similar error:

I tried with node 20.14.0 and 22.17.0, both on macOS and Windows.

Are there any new prerequisites to build since 1.63 that I might be missing?

You probably need the Visual Studio component

Hi, thanks for the reply, I upgraded to the 2022 version but I'm getting the same error.
The weird thing is that I can build and run the Theia repo fine but not our project or Theia IDE repo.

I did a full reinstall and that fixed it.
