Cannot run Theia based project without some Theia AI packages

Hi,

I was wondering if it's expected that I can't run my Theia (1.63) based project without the AI packages?

I'm currently upgrading our develop branch to Theia 1.63 which doesn't use the Theia AI packages (yet) and I was getting the following error in the frontend:

contribution-provider.ts:50 Error: No matching bindings found for serviceIdentifier: Symbol(ContributionProvider)
 Symbol(ContributionProvider) - {"key":"named","value":"Symbol(Agent)"}

Trying to resolve bindings for "Symbol(FrontendApplicationContribution)"

So I ran yarn why and got:

=> Found "@theia/ai-core@1.63.0"
info Reasons this module exists
   - "_project_#martini-designer-online#@theia#plugin-ext-vscode#@theia#plugin-ext#@theia#ai-mcp" depends on it
   - Hoisted from "_project_#martini-designer-online#@theia#plugin-ext-vscode#@theia#plugin-ext#@theia#ai-mcp#@theia#ai-core"

And indeed it's a dependency there:

It's not a big deal for us since we'll use Theia AI pakcages but I was wondering if it was intended since I would have thought the AI packages to be optional.

we are aware of this issue, see #15902. It will be fixed in the upcoming patch release.
